Security procedures have changed.  To obtain a new/replacement badge to get onbase, you must have a NBVC sponsor (someone at PHD NSWC) send an email to the Base & Pass Office.

NOTE:  The NEMESIS Alumni Association is not a sponsor and cannot help you secure a badge.  We will let you know if the procedures change.
