Here is the current process to get a 4-yr DOD
Civilian Retiree Badge at NBVC Port Hueneme:

If
the Port Hueneme office (PSD) has a backlog, contact
the Air National Guard ID office at Point Mugu.
This office also issues the badge with your photo.
Contact the Air National Guard office (986-7470) to
find out what days the Civilian Retiree IDs are
processed.

You will need your SF-50
and 2 forms of IDs. See List B of
the following link(http://www.cnic.navy.mil/navycni/groups/public/@hq/@cacpmo/documents/document/cnicd_a064592.pdf)
for more information regarding list of documents
that establish identity. .Once you get your badge,
go to the NBVC Port Hueneme Sunkist gate Pass Office
to get your 4-yr vehicle decal.
